Shipping and Delivery Estimates/Policy

At KuzSports, we know that when you order something - you want it fast. Here is how our shipping works:

We ship our orders via UPS (United Parcel Service) and the U.S. Postal Service. Most orders originate from the Northwest Region of the US (Woodinville, WA). On occasion we may ship directly from one of our manufacturers so your order may come from a different region. Orders are usually shipped within 1 business day from when we receive the order. As the customer - you can choose your shipping (you also get to pay for it). This will normally include the standard UPS services of Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air. Most orders will also have an option for U.S.P.S. Priority Mail Service - and some small orders may have an option for U.S.P.S. First Class Mail. Not all orders will have an option for U.S.P.S. shipping due to the nature of the order and/or the size and weight. Obviously - the faster it ships the more shipping is going to cost.

You will receive e-mail notification the day that your order ships. Once the product leaves our dock - it is out of our control. If there is a huge weather front hitting the East Coast - this could delay your shipment, even if you are on the West Coast.

Since we deal with quite a few manufacturers, on occasion we run into a shortage of product to fulfill orders. Should we not be able to fill your order and ship within 1 or 2 business days we will advise you of the delay and let you decide how to handle the situation. Usually the delay is very short, one to three days at worst. If it is longer we will advise you and give you the opportunity to either cancel that part of the order (or the complete order if you would like) or to wait until the order can be shipped complete.

An explanation of U.S.P.S. Shipping Methods

We utilize two methods of shipping with the U.S. Post Office

First Class Parcel Service - reserved for small orders that will fit in our padded mailing envelopes. Usually reserved for small orders of whistles, tattoos and a few other items. We charge a flat $2.50 for this service. Delivery times vary but shouldn't take more than 4 or 5 days even across the country. Tracking services are not available with this shipping option.

Priority Mail Service - Available on most orders - offers a 2 to 3 day delivery option. Offers tracking services.

An explanation of the UPS Shipping and Shipping Options:

A few of the basics: (very important when determining your shipping method!)

UPS does not count the day the product ships as a shipping day
UPS does not count weekends or recognized holidays as a shipping day

Ground - Will ship via ground transportation (truck, train, etc) from our location to yours. Check out the UPS Ground Shipping Chart at the bottom of this page to determine the transit time. Remember - do not count the day the package ships as a shipping day. Example 1 - A package shipped on Monday to New York will arrive Monday of the next week (5 business days). Example 2 - A package shipped on Wednesday to Southern California will arrive Monday of the next week (3 business days, not counting weekends).

3 Day Select - Will ship via air transport from our location to yours. Three days in transit - not counting the day that the package ships. Example 1 - A package shipped on Monday will arrive on Thursday of the same week. Example 2 - A package shipped on Thursday will arrive Tuesday of the next week (3 days not counting the day the package ships or weekends)

2nd Day Air - Will ship via air transport from our location to yours. Two days in transit - not counting the day that the package ships. Example 1 - A package shipped on Monday will arrive on Wednesday of the same week. Example 2 - A package shipped on Thursday will arrive on Monday of the next week (2 days not counting the day the package ships or weekends)

Next Day Air - Will ship via air transport from our location to yours. One day in transit - not counting the day that the package ships. Example 1 - A package shipped on Monday will arrive on Tuesday of the same week. Example 2 - A package shipped on Friday will arrive on Monday of the next week (1 day not counting weekends).
